FDCC has an Australian Board and a Cambodian Board, each with separate responsibilities. The Australian Board comprises 6 Directors who are responsible for:
The Australian Directors are all professionals in diverse areas such as finance, human resources strategy, leadership consulting, corporate psychology, change management and strategic business analysis. The Directors have used their experience to implement a strategic planning approach for the long-term development of FDCC and to transfer important operational skills to the Cambodian staff.

Di Willis
Di is Vice President, Global Human Resources at CCF Inc, a non-sectarian, child development organisation, working with the poor and civil society in over 30 countries in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, to build a better future for children & families. Di’s role involves developing a global ‘People Strategy’ for CCF with a focus on establishing performance architecture, developing Leadership and Management capacity, establishing a global talent program and introducing systems that improve performance on the ground.
She established the Mekhala House orphanage and has extensive knowledge of and contacts with people in the region.
Melani Daruis
Melani is a Group Financial Controller and Chartered Accountant. She has more than ten years of experience working as an accountant for large commercial organisations in Australia and UK.
Mark Gemmola
Mark has over ten years experience as a consultant undertaking detailed financial and economic analysis and providing strategic advice to organisations in the energy sector.
Carlee Baxter
Carlee has expertise in change management and works closely with company boards on strategic and planning issues.
Dr Gavin Didsbury
Gavin is the founder and Director of Psych Press, a leading provider of tailored and customised people assessment solutions to the Human Capital and Clinical arenas. He has extensive experience in management selection, development and learning using a wide range of assessment and development models and approaches. Gavin’s work in coaching and development focuses on the alignment of management and staff development issues with core business objectives.
Marie O’Sullivan
Marie has extensive experience as a manager, leadership development consultant, executive coach and practising organisational psychologist. She is a registered Psychologist and Member of the Australian Psychological Society.
Sok Rady
Sok Rady is the Executive Director of FDCC in Cambodian and was born on May 24th 1975 in the Kampong Cham province. Rady used to work as an accountant at a rubber plantation company and also as a brand director at MVU before working at FDCC. He is in the process of completing a Masters degree and likes listening to the radio and playing sport.
Seth Khan
Seth Khan is one of the Cambodian directors at FDCC. He was born in Prey Veng and worked in International relations at MVU. Seth Khan has a Masters degree in business management from Norton University.
Yean Sambo
Yean Sambo is a director with the Cambodian board at FDCC. He was born in Prey Veng on November 12th 1974 and worked with the Coka-Cola company before working for FDCC. He has a Masters degree from the Illbrayee University in Phnom Penh.
