Sok Rady
Sok Rady is the Executive Director of FDCC in Cambodian and was born in the Kampong Cham province. Rady used to work as an accountant at a rubber plantation company and also as a brand director at MVU before working at FDCC. He is in the process of completing a Masters degree.
Prom Sorithy
Prom Sorithy is the administrator at Mekhala House. He was born in Prey Veng and previously worked in administration at the ministry of tourism. He finished high school and completed a human resources degree at Maharishi Vedic University. Sorithy loves reading, playing football, driving and has travelled extensively throughout Cambodia. Sorithy has completed training and received certificates for hospitality, managing change and development, English writing skills, management and leadership, computer training. He has also received a certificate from World Vision for completing training in how to prevent children from trafficking and sexual exploitation linked to tourism.
Phlong Sinath
Phlong Sinath is the house mother at Mekhala. Sinath was born in Prey Veng and has a diploma of secondary physiotherapy which led her to work as a physiotherapist manager at Veteran’s International. She has also completed training courses in medical care, cerebral palsy management and pain management in physically disabled persons.

Prom Sopearith
Prom Sopearith is in charge of the organic garden, maintenance and driving the children at Mekhala to and from school each day. Sopearith was born in Prey Veng and studied in The Soviet Union for 6 years after finishing high school. Before working for FDCC, Sopearith worked in Phnom Penh for an NGO doing administration work.
Nov Phorn
Nov Phorn is the night security at Mekhala House. He was born in Prey Veng and before working for FDCC, Phorn was a farmer.
Dong Det
Lan Sokha
Lan Sokha is the cleaner at Mekhala House. Sokha was born in Prey Veng and before working for FDCC she sold products in front of her house.

Pen Sophana
Pen Sophana is a volunteer care-taker at Mekhala House. Sophana was born in Phnom Penh and before helping out at Mekhala House she was a volunteer at the MVU library.
